5. Goods

6. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, information products, and goods must be paid in full at the time of order or as otherwise agreed. Accepted methods of payment will be specified during checkout. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

7. Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Advisory Services

If you wish to request a reimbursement for an advisory session, you must notify SeniorRights at least 48 hours before the scheduled date and time. Approved requests will receive a reimbursement processed to the original method of payment, less any administrative fee outlined in the client agreement. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible due to prior resource allocation. Clients may reschedule one session at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

7.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be eligible for reimbursement within 14 days of the purchase date if the content is defective or substantially different from the description. To submit a claim, provide a detailed description of the issue and any supporting evidence. Approved claims will receive full reimbursement to the original payment method.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 30 days of receipt in unused condition. To initiate this process, contact SeniorRights for authorization. Once the shipment is received and inspected, a reimbursement will be issued to the original method of payment. The customer is responsible for shipping charges unless the items are damaged or incorrect.

8. Rescheduling of Services

Clients may request to reschedule advisory sessions by contacting SeniorRights at least 24 hours before the appointment. Requests received within 24 hours may incur additional charges or be treated as cancellations.
